OUR FOUNDERS
Balwinder Pal
Balwinder is a visionary leader with 20 Years+ of experience in Financial Products Distribution and Asset Management. He worked with Industry leaders like ICICI Group, UTI, Escorts and Bajaj.
During his 15 Years stay with ICICI Prudential AMC he managed different assignments in Channel Management, Team Management and Customer Engagement. In his role he trained and mentored many Independent Mutual Fund Distributors, Bankers and teams of National Distributors.
Balwinder is Passionate about Entrepreneurship and working with university professionals for Entrepreneurship Development. He invented ‘Startup Simulator’, A unique workshop to motivate and encourage Startup culture in young students and professionals.
Balwinder is an MBA Finance. He received certification from IIM Calcutta in Customer Value Management and Behavioral Skills and Managerial Excellence from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Balwinder loves to read books especially non Fiction
Munish Kataria
Mr Munish Kataria is a seasoned professional with experience of more than 21 Years. He worked across industries like Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Education and Technology.
In his last assignment, he worked as Deputy General Manager in NJ Wealth, in NJ he built a network of 1000 plus distributors in upper north region and managed an AUM of 3500 Crores+.
Previously he worked in the education industry where he was responsible for educating university students for technical education. Munish is a Certified Financial Planner, Commerce Graduate and M.Sc (Software Engineering).
Munish is passionate about business analysis & mentorship. He is playing a vital role in creating and developing new Mutual Fund Distributors. Under his mentorship many MF Distributors started their journey and achieved benchmark of 100 Crores+ AUM as well SIP Book of 1Cr+.
